Built over 100 years ago, this building was a studio for the theatre scene that Lakeview was once known for. From a rehearsal space to a dance, voice, and instrument practice, this historic building eventually became an art gallery for many years before it was purchased and renovated as a coworking and events space. You will still find much of the original exposed brick that was kept to celebrate the long history this building has had in Chicago.
